Ketamine is appointed as narcotic
Ketamine is a very useful anesthetic. However, the ketamine was appointed to a narcotic by the revised government ordinance promulgation of March 23, 2006. The laws and ordinances are enforced on January 1, 2007. After that possession of ketamine without permission becomes illegal. The person who violated it becomes a grave offense for Narcotics Control Law violation. (1 to 10 years penal servitude and 3 million yen of fine ). Whoever wants to continue to use Ketamine in our facility need the narcotic research license by this year. If you won't use Ketamine, please discard all Ketamine by middle of December.(You can discard Ketamine with water to sewage.). After the law enforcement, it becomes the worst case when ketamine came out at the time of an inspection by the narcotic investigator. The person who brought Ketamin into our facility has to take the Ketamin out of our facility by all means. You cannot put Ketamine in our facility even if it is anyone, after January 1, 2007. Nembutal (Pentobarbital) is a psychotropic drug.
Nembutal is not a drug. However, it is appointed to a psychotropic drug. Therefore, there is legal regulation about the use. A user has duty of the safekeeping / management. In a holiday or in night, a user has to keep Nembutal in a safekeeping locker in your room. Therefore, the person who brought Nembutal into our facility has to take the Nembutal back by all means. Even if it is anyone, You cannot put Nembutal in our facility.
